Wait staff is not friendly at all. if your between 21 and 30 and its your first cruise go for it. If you like to hang out at your local clubs and watch people get totally smashed and get LOUD, watching the guys think they are better then the other, girls fighting with their boyfriends because he looked at someone, then this is your trip. Oh don't forget the casino, after 1030 watch out. They come out of the woodwork.

Size of rooms are standard for ship. However, repairs in rooms are very spotty at best. in room phones work when they want. Good choice of excursions. Rent a cabana on Cay Island. its worth it! Cagney's Restaurant was really good. the other 2 specialty restaurants were nothing special. Room Stewards are very helpful and do a nice job taking care of the small stuff, as well as the Spa team. Outside of that the rest of the staff isn't really interested in pampering you. Even the Excursion desk and Restaurant Rev desk weren't friendly. Also no way to review your bill via the TV on a daily basis. You have to go to guest services and then the line is crazy long. didn't see any shows so can comment on those. Nice prices in the duty free store with nice variety.

Room service for breakfast works well especially before leaving on an excursion. On time, hot, friendly. one other thing I didn't get was the allotment of pool towels. they require you to keep track of your towel the entire trip or pay $25 dollars per towel. I didn't want to carry my towel thru-out the boat so I had to return to the room after each use. Including getting off on Cay Island, you had to use the same towel. They also use bulk shampoo and soap in the shower bathroom and not individual bottles like most ships. Do they drain and clean that after every cruise? if not cant someone try and be stupid and put something in it for the next person? ew!! Not saying but really? Public restrooms were all nasty after 9pm.
