Very impressed with the Thomson Organisation from beginning to end. Taking into account the amount of passengers that had to check in at the Port it was so well done, as we made out way from one person to the other filling in various reuqirements. Onboard we were shown to our cabin. We never thought we would find it again as it seemed so far away! Luggage quickly arrived in our cabin: We opted to go offship to explore a little bit of Palma but the heat drove us back after a bite to eat!. Our room steward wa brilliant , how on earth he remembered our names just after one introduction with so many passengers on his deck.

Cannot fault ANY of the crew members. Dining room, the Rose Restaurant incredibly run by Wally, we take our sunhats off to him for organising so many people. I would only say that between 20.00 and 20.30 must be the most popular time to eat as there were queues to get into the main waiter service dining room. Once we were in all was well. Good food, brilliant waiters. Those constant smiles and sense of humour made the meal times memorable. Also disappointed to find Port Holes in the restauant as opposed to the big picture windows on the Spirit so no viewing while we ate, though plenty of views from the Lido self Service.

Entertainment second to none in the Broadway Lounge every night. Really something for everyone on board though we were off the ship at all the port stops. Difficult to get a sunbed only bad thing I would say as seats seemed to be reserved by a towel and a book! Shame.

Cabin Review

Cabin OUTSIDE CABIN

Cabin was excellent, clean and perfect for our needs. A bit far away being lower down , but had th eadvantage of being on same deck as The Rose Restaurant and disembarkation door for excursions. A bit far away for Broadway Lounge , but good excercise as we walked up many flights of stairs. Room steward brilliant, kept our cabin spotless and when we saw him remembered our names, -, We had only met him briefly on the first day:
