The ship is stunning in its elegance. The swarovski staircase is exquisite. The embarkation and disembarkation process was quick and easy. The onboard staff was very friendly and always available. The theatrical productions were exceptional. It was world-class entertainment. We found that the cabin stewards as well as the dining waiters were very receptive and accommodating to our every request. Overall, the ship experience was excellent. In January we will be taking our 5th cruise with MSC.
