After cruising with P&O for the very first time last year on the Oceana (had a great experience) we decided to book another cruise on Britannia this year and wow what a inspired decision it proved to be, great facilities, staff, service, balcony suite, restaurant(oriental) excellent. Although this was only our second cruise I do know when i get good service or not and the service was EXCEPTIONAL. Got to mention our cabin steward Roland who kept our cabin immaculate and always greeted us with a cheery smile and was always courteous. A second mention goes to our table waiter (oriental) Alson who was very friendly, courteous and attentive and had a brilliant sense of humour and participated in the spirit of our table which was brilliant by the way, couldn't have wished for a better set of people to dine with. We found the ship to be clean and the staff friendly and courteous so well done P&O.

Are we going to book with P&O for next year absolutely, cant wait
