Embarkation was very muddled . The standard of food was extremely poor, portion size small. Often food was cold and under cooked or over cooked. the overall appearance was that a cost reduction exercise was taking place.

The service from the reception desk was outstanding. The staff were generally very good with the exception of the self service restaurant who often were reticent in increasing the portion size. Gluten and dairy free was difficult to obtain or non existent.
