We will never again sail with Princess. We were on the Ruby Princess for three nights, and from start to finish it was the worst cruise I ever had, and I've done 10 now on different cruise lines, which had included Princess.

They oversold the boat. Getting on was a nightmare and that was just the beginning! Totally disorganized, lots of people being let through lineups while others were told to sit and wait. It took over two hours to board. We were supposed to leave at 4:30 and people were still being let on just before 5:00.

Only one dining room open for breakfast, ever, NO seating at the buffet and we were only too happy to share. Dirty glasses with liquid in them in our cabin when we checked in. The nightly show was so crowded, if you weren't there an hour before the show started you got terrible seats, if you got a seat at all. Getting charged $1.50 for a cup of coffee, which we paid because the buffet coffee was swillwater. The cruise staff I think were just overwhelmed, and so were sometimes let's say not very happy. Our room steward was great and the food okay, but Sabatini's fell short of expectations for an extra $25.
