The poor reviews really worried us in advance, but we should have totally ignored them!! We had a fabulous family holiday! What's not to love about this amazing ship, launched in April at a cost of 1.6 billion? Embarkation was super efficient with scores of friendly staff waiting to greet us warmly, armed with Ipads, luggage was taken immediately and arrived safely and quickly in our cabins.

The staff were quite outstanding in every area of the ship; smart, friendly, efficient, from every corner of the world, they just couldn't do enough for you.

The food was just wonderful, in terms of choice of restaurants and range and quality of food & service. Read more
