My husband and I sailed on the Epic for our honeymoon. Overall we had a good time, but I have to say we will never sail on Norwegian again. This was our second time on NCL, and I was very disappointed. The top disappointment was that the cruise staff was SO rude and SO unfriendly. No matter who I talked to they were dismissive and unhelpful. I called 3 days in a row about my hair dryer not working and not one person came to help me. That is just one example of the lack of service.

The meals were good (except for O'Sheehans Pub. Do not eat there), but again you had to wait a long time for everything. Wine came after dinner, coffee came after desert, etc. Also, the adult pool was a nightmare. Every single day they were doing maintenance causing one of the hot tubs to be closed, as well as continuous hammering and drilling the entire day. I know what you're thinking, first world problems, but for a vacation that cost almost $10k I would expect a little more out of Norwegian. I was very disappointed with the staff and service on ship and will not sail with them again.
