This was our first experience of river cruising but wish we had done it earlier. The crew were wonderful and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a wonderful time. The ship was the perfect size not too many people on board. We weren't looking forward to having to share a table for meals but the atmosphere was such that it did enhance the experience meeting different people ever day it was abonus that everyone on the ship with the exception of the captain spoke English. The room we had was comfortable not huge but we didn't go on a cruise to spend all day in our cabin, having a french balcony was good being able to see the world go by.there were occasions when other boats were moored alongside us but that did not occur too often and we had been warned about that in the brochures and did't spoil our enjoyment. There were excursions every day which were well organised and interesting with usually some free time to do some exploring on your own, the guides were informative and friendly, and the transportation was comfortable and bottled water was supplied. The food was well prepared with sufficient options available, plus the staff were always willing to come up with options if you had a problem with anything. Drinks were supplied with the meals which was sufficient for us, there was a drinks station with tea and coffee. The whole experience was wonderful and we would love to take another one. The only slight problem was the journey home the bus taking us back to the airport didn't appear to know where we were going and we were also disapointed to find that we weren't seated together bon our flight.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom with French Balcony

Cabin B

Nice comfortable room with room to sit, french balcony gave a perfect view of the countryside as you were cruising.

Port Reviews

Bratislava

Very good guided tour interesting to hear of life behind the iron curtain and to see the view from the castle and see where the iron curtain had actually been
