From start to finish, I can't say enough about everything. Excellent food, company, excursions, tour guides, cabins, entertainment director (Nick), and service. We left from Amsterdam and stayed two extra days before we left on our cruise, and Hilton was by far one of the most beautiful hotels to stay at (right along the canal). Was very hot the whole trip, so was grateful for the a/c. The travel from the hotel to the boat was on time, and excellent driver and vehicle.

We were greeted by friendly, informative staff, and taken to our cabin directly. The cabin was clean, and well laid out for a small cabin. But over the week, it was plenty big enough. The showers were always hot, and always clean towels, and cabin staff were very helpful with anything we asked.

The activities, excursions, on and off the ship were on time, and very well run. Great pick of excursions, and we had a few more to pick from when we boarded, so took advantage of a few more. Tour guides were very informative, and very good with their knowledge, and added humor a lot of the time.

Cabin was small (but we expected that by dimensions on the brochure), but very clean, had everything we needed. Washroom was ok, and shower was always hot.
