We had an amazing staff on the Neptune. They made our trip exceptional. We enjoyed all of the stops along the Seine - the Monet Gardens were in 'spring bloom'; saw the Bayeux tapestry and the Pegasus bridge on our trip to the Normandy beaches. Les Andelys was a delightful town - including the walk uphill to the castle. Our program director, Nico Favoreel, did a wonderful job of taking pictures, keeping us informed, and sharing historical tidbits. Our captain, Nicolas Pasquereau and our hotel manager, Richard Godwin, were very attentive to everyone, but especially to several with special needs. Janka Cabadajova, our Maitre d' and Sebastian Lorenz, our chef delighted us each evening with their charm, smiles and messages about the 'specials' of the evening. We were pampered throughout the trip - and it was a fantastic cruise.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom with Large Window

We were in a 200 cabin...middle of the ship and it was quiet, as well as very accessible to the dining room and the reception area. The cabin was comfortable. Our attendant, Bogdan, provided exceptional service.
