The cruise was Singapore to Sydney. After refurbishment shouldn't have been put back into service. Took 6 hours to board know one new what was going there was no communication. Luggage wasn't delivered until after 10.30. Carpets were wet, some cabins had no water, there was no power to some parts of the ship, the ship was losing water for a few days. launderies not working. Couldn't access on board account information. Didn't have ingredients to make some of the cocktails. Food in the dinning room an bistro very disappointing, especially having when you brought spealitity coffee an wanted a cake you had to pay for it. There was no where to get morning or afternoon tea. Staff were very very good nothing was to much trouble for them. Wouldn't recommend the ship to anyone
