This particular Viking cruise was outstanding! The staff went above and beyond all of our expectations. Our wait staff made sure that I was able to maintain my gluten-free diet. we loved the design of the new longship, too. We appreciated having the choice to eat outside during lunch or In the dining room with the floor to ceiling windows. We added two extra nights in Amsterdam at the conclusion of the cruise through Viking.
