From the minute we stepped off the plane in Budapest, Viking was there to make our travels easy and most of all, fun! The ship was just 2 weeks old, and everything shined! The 2 room suite we had felt luxurious and had every detail covered. Plenty of drawers, closet space, perfect lighting, very comfortable bed and clean as a whistle! When we asked for a seat for the shower, one appeared in just a few hours!

And the food- what a variety of the finest ingredients prepared every day in creative and delicious ways. The tours were excellent and they offered a "leisurely" tour which my husband really appreciated since he walks a bit slower these days and often needs to rest.

I was so impressed with the small, but important details they had covered, like offering bottled water each time you left the ship for a tour. The entertainment was enriching and reflective of the country we were cruising through. Read more
