The crew worked hard making sure the passengers were safely tendered to the port

We waited 10 minutes for a table, with an 81 year old lady who couldn't stand for long,baring in mind one half of the restaurant had empty tables but they were trying to keep to one area, this is not exceptable when you have ques people waiting, we sat down and was given cups and our hot drinks order had been given.Disembarkation took a while, to get a lift was a nightmare, once down on the correct               departure area the Que was a mile long, all in a line doubling back where you started.
