I was actually really worried about sailing on the Breakaway due to all of the negative reviews it was receiving prior to our cruise to Bermuda. I am happy to say I worried for absolutely nothing. We had a really great time and didn't really find any of the negative aspects everyone was complaining about.

We did not find one rude staff member on board. We were always greeted with a smile and a hello. I did however see lots of guests being overly rude and down right demanding/demeaning to the staff on board. The ship staff are there to enhance your vacation, they are not your personal servants. Treat them nicely and with respect and you will get the same in return.

We had a balcony cabin and yes the balconies are small compared to other cruise lines but it was ok for what we needed. Our room was always kept nice and clean. I loved the huge shower with the surround plexi-glass door. No more uncooperative shower curtain clinging to the body.
