Although we have been on this cruise quite a number of times we decided to do it again because we wanted to sail on this wonderful new ship, BIG mistake. The dining arrangements were ridiculous, we like to sit on a large table in order to get to know new people not possible on this ship, we like the different menus every night, we like to get to know our waiters, not on this ship. You are moved around from restaurant to restaurant the menus are monotonous and the service we are used to is quite frankly non existent. We were kept waiting up to 40 minutes for menus, one night after waiting 30 minutes for coffee we just left the restaurant in disgust. We have never had a problem with a cabin steward, on this ship we had to ask for a bath mat more than once we had to ask for soap more than once we had to ask for milk more than once. Young people were allowed to run riot spoiling everyones holiday. We were going to go on a cruise to the Canaries in October but as this ship was the only one available we have decided not to bother this year. We are so disappointed we have been with Royal Caribbean so many times on our own, with friends, with family and are so glad we did not encourage anyone to come with us this time.

Cabin Review

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin G

Quite roomy, hanging space leaves a lot to be desired particularly for ladies dresses.

Port Reviews

Lisbon

You can walk into the city, I find it a bit grubby.
