1st of all i would like to mention 3 important things then post my email to Thomson regarding the cruise sent June 9th and still nowhere near being resolved as Thomson customer service is not good at all. This was our first ever cruise, stay and cruise actually, to celebrate our silver wedding. The stay was sensational but the cruise could have been better.
Check prices online as they are normallycheaper than in the shops and the shops can price match.
Do not book as part of a celebration as Thomson did not recognise ours, even down to ignoring a request for a shout out as nothing else had been done despite the shop saying there would.
