We sailed with my fiancé & my 11 DD & 10 DS. We flew in a couple days early to do universal studios & experince Harry Potter land. We were picked up from our hotel in Orlando by a private car company, they stopped so we could fill a extra suit case we brought with beer & wine (I love that Disney allows this). Car co dropped us off at the pier, we were a little early as I had not paid attention to when our group was to arrive. We breezed through security, were greeted by Disney employees that sent us right up to the counter for check in. I'm glad we did arrive early as later the line was very long later on. They gave us a boarding number & I headed over to check the kids in for the kids club. I had already registered them online which made it much quicker.

Before we knew it our number was called & we walked through the magic ears! We headed up to the pool for lunch & kids changed into their suits. Our room was ready by one & our luggage was delivered soon after. Everything from our room to kids clubs were amazing. Our dinner mates were such a great match for our family & we are still in touch with them. Our balcony room with the double bathroom was great, easy to get ready and gave everybody their space. In the evenings the berth was down and ready for tired kids.

Our dinner servers Tomas & Pedro were amazing and we can't stop sharing about the amazing service we received from them. When we arrived death night they had our wine waiting for us, they quickly took the kids orders & let he adults visit. My daughter could not get herself to dinner on time & Pedro would wait at the door of the restaurant to escort her to our table. The food in the restaurants was good but the service was better. We did eat brunch at palo which should not be missed. Our kids fell in love with the kids clubs on our first sea day & we never saw them until dinner!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

Cabin 04A

Our room was clean and large for a cruise cabin. The double bathroom is a great improvement when traveling with children. Plenty on storage for all of us. We had one hiccup with the toilet & they were up to fix it in minutes. The next day they sent a bottle of wine and stuffed anaimals for the kids to apologize for the inconvenience which there really hadn't been. The balcony made the Room feel larger & we enjoyed sitting out on our balcony. We occasionally heard deck chairs above us but only in the morning & it was never a issue. Easy to run upstairs for drinks or snacks. I wish the laundry had been closer but only did laundry once so wasn't a big deal. Really was a great room.
