WE have cruised with Royal 7 times, this was a quick cruise. Upon arrival our room was not cleaned glass on couch and dressing table, finger prints on sliders hair on bathroom sink. I complained and it was fixed immediately. Our cabin person was wonderful and we found out his first day was our first day. The prior cabin person was the slacker. Also we were not invited to the return party(loyalty) and when I inquired I was told they were sorry for the slip up and would compensate with a bottle of wine. That did not happen. No wine was ever delivered. That being said, overall it was a good cruise. The service in the dining room was beyond excellent. The food was good and plentiful. The shows were not up to the typical standards we are accustomed to. And some cruisers felt the ship bathrobe was appropriate My Fair Lady attire at breakfast. My other complaint or caution is Do NOT do the SEE and SEA excursion. It was interesting but we only saw two of the three coral reefs an then we were put on a smallish boat seemingly over crowded and cruised very slowly back, it was extremely uncomfortable and much complaining was going on. There was no breeze due to slow speed and crowding. The land tour was basically to a straw market small and unimpressive and the rest room and quick circle back to the pick up spot. Our 3 hour tour was 2.5 hours and 30 minutes of it was at the rest room.
