When we arrived at ship, embarkation was shambles, took 1 and a half hours. The ship looked lovely but ipad booking of resturants always said all resturants were full, apparently ship was 500 staff short, service was very poor and most of staff seemed like they didnt want to be there, espically eastern european ones. Carribean and filipino ones were only ones happy and helpful.

Even food was nowhere near as good as my last two yearly cruises on independence of the sea. Everyone we spoke to that had been on IOTS prefferred it, only thing that was better was the entertainment and look of ship. There were however no parades, no ice skating shows. You will not get any sleep on the ship as toilet system makes very loud noises when anyone from other cabins flush tjheir toilets during the night.

Im sure they tested this ship on the english as if this ship had gone to america, they wouldve sued Royal Carribean.
