We had a marvelous experience on this cruise. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the ship. Because we were in a suite we had a butler, concierge, and steward all of which treated us like royalty. We were taken swiftly through embarkation and also disembarkation. Plenty of activities on the days we were at sea if you wanted to partake. While our suite was splendid the furniture in the living room could have been a little more comfortable but we were a bit older so getting up out of a low chair is a little harder for us. We did train ride in Skagway which was a beautiful trip, the horse an buggy tour in Victoria which was a beautiful city, the duck tour in Ketchikan (although we couldn't do the water portion because of weather), and two did the helicopter to the glacier in Juneau and they were totally impressed. Recommend to anyone to cruise like a Norwegian.

Cabin Review

Garden Villa

Cabin H1

Cabin was fabulous other than the living room furniture not being too comfortable for us older cruisers and while the master bath was glorious they could have used a little of that room on the other two baths which were like a regular cabin room. Totally enjoyed the position of the suite in the middle of the ship with floor to ceiling windows. Made it easy to get either forward or aft when out and about. Would have liked a refrigerator rather than just the cooler even with the butler service whom was fabulous.
