Cabin: Junior Suite

This was our 10th cruise with the majority of them with Carnival we have never had such a disappointing experience than we had with this cruise. We booked a balcony suite which was not any larger than previous cabins We have stayed in and the balcony was so small you had to rest your feet on the railing and anyone walking on the deck below could look right up unto your balcony. We ordered room service on the last night and never got it.There is little to no shade on the sun deck and the no smoking policy was not enforced I saw people lighting up on restricted decks. My husband was in a wheelchair and it was difficult to get to all areas with the step over doorways. Our room steward was great he was very helpful to me and my husband. I won't sail on the Fascination again.
