This was our first cruise. I have to say, the food on board was second to none. The restaurant service was brilliant. What I will say about the ship, even though I have nothing to compare it to is that there are not enough lifts. It seems the whole ship has been designed not to attract new customers but to increase the amount able to go on the cruise. The cabins seemed smaller than we expected and this was confirmed with other more experienced holiday makers. To finish the review off I will tell you that, although our bank cards never left the cabin safe, both mine and my wife's bank cards were skimmed, my wife's to the tune of £350 and mine to £1100. This was on the Thursday as my cruise was due to end on the Saturday. P&O said that it had never happened before and that it couldn't happen as my code was in the safe lock. As this was the only time the cards have been together since receiving them, I know that the cruise was when it happened. I am still waiting for P&O to apologise. I Will just say when I asked for a review form I never received. I can't think why. Judge for yourselves. Finally it took us 3 hrs to get off the ship. I Will say that my next cruise would still be with P&O but definitely on another ship.
