My husband and I have been on several Celebrity and RCCI cruises. We chose this cruise because of the convenience of the port (mostly). We are from Northern Virginia and it is an easy 4 hour ride up 95 early on a Sunday Morning.

Embarkation - Super simple and quick! My only complaint was about those who have never been to a cruise terminal and did not have their documents ready. That is no fault of the port or the cruise line. The new facility looks like its made to handle Anthem of the Seas. The parking was easy, I dropped my husband with the bags at the terminal, parked the car, we were on the ship in less than 30 minutes.

Stateroom: We had Aqua class 9040. Nice room, the balcony was a little rough, but doable. Read more
