This cruise is definitely for an older crowd. Younger travelers and those looking for a wild Caribbean type cruise to Alaska will be disappointed but for those of us who love scenery, good food, good wine and spirits and being waited on hand and foot, this is the cruise for you. From the moment we embarked, everyone was exceedingly polite. Our stateroom was continually refreshed and the mini-fridge kept well stocked. Everything is included, except shore excursions and premium spirits. Our debarkation process was efficient but because of an ice dam collapse our train ride from Seward to the Anchorage airport was cancelled. They re-loaded us to the ship to await motor coaches and I was anticipating just having to sit there. The cruise line opened up all areas except the staterooms, opened the bar, brought us food and treated us as if we were still cruising even though ours was over. Professionalism at its finest. I would definitely take this cruise and cruise line again.

We were put up at the Fairmont Waterfront as part of our package. Excellent hotel.
