This was our 1st cruise and did not know what to expect, but as a result of this cruise we will do more!!!

All i can say is it was wonderful, we booked and basic inside cabin, a bit dated but bed was comfy and spotless clean actually the room was cleaned twice a day!! by to lovely guys who always had a hello, how are you today and a smile and nothing was to much trouble for them, we were on deck 4 not far from main reception, you do hear people in the other rooms and walking along the corridor but you are not in the room that often so it does not matter, there are plenty of places for you to find a quite spot, looking back we booked at the height of the season so loads of kids on board if you are going to do this cruise do it when the kids are at school, it was very hot when we arrived in Turkey and got hotter, in fact to hot for us couldn't sunbath just to hot, never took part in any activities/ shows etc so cant comment, food however was the best we have ever eaten on holiday!!!.

We booked excursions at all ports of call., my advice would be to book them before you go! as they sell out very quickly, we enjoyed them all well worth the money, the places we visited were great guides very good they new there stuff, it was a great way to see cities and places that would of taken more than one holiday!, as for the staff all i can is they are credit to Thomson, excellent service everywhere on board!!
