Sail Date: Aug 2015

Ship - Elegant Scandinavian design, well built. Glass shower stall defect, poor soundproofing of TV sets, broken coffee machine in World Cafe entire trip. Engines probably not running at full power most of the trip.

Excursions - Great port talks, poor coordination of shuttle service at Lisbon and Gibraltar, poor coordination with local tour operators in Paris, Gibraltar and Cartagena.

Guest Relations - Lack of protocol for response to onboard emergency situation, poor guest service, inadequate onboard communication with passengers.

Cabin Review

Cabin Penthouse Veranda

Cabin was spacious with lots of drawers. Soundproofing was poor as I heard TV program audio when my TV was turned off. It was not from the adjacent cabin, so it must have been transmitted from decks above or below. Cabin door did not lock when it banged close. I needed to give it an extra pull to make sure it locked. Same issue with other cabins along the corridor.
