This is my second time on the same exact Dawn ship from Boston to Bermuda. The first time was the best not only because it was my first, but the shows were amazing and the service was awesome. This time around, being that this is my fourth cruise with Norwegian, the service was not up to par. I am not expecting it to be amazing just cause I've been there and done that so I'm not going to expect much, but I must say the service really wasn't that great no matter where we go. The only great services I received was this specific girl bartender at the casino. I wish I asked for her name but I think she was the only girl. She had a very good memory with serving multiple drinks to multiple people at a time... great multitasker! She even remembered me and my dad's name. Also, Kikim from the gift shop was very friendly. We end up spending almost $800 worth in the gift shop. He gave us some free gifts for spending so much but apologized to us that they don't have the raffle tickets to give us because we normally receive them, so he ended up giving us some more gifts by talking to the manager. Thank you, Kikim!

So besides that, everything was just alright. We ended spending almost $900 at the spa but didn't even get any crazy specials besides the package deal. I would think I'd get a special deal for spending so much. No special treatment but McKayla was the one who helped us at the spa and was very friendly. Overall, the staff on the ship was not as friendly as the three other times. The waiters and waitresses were no good, including the ones at the Garden Cafe Buffet. The housekeeper was good but didn't say hi much.

Everything on the ship was very clean this time around though. The dishes and cups were clean and the towels were also very clean. The shows were good, not excellent. I did like David Davinci though. I overall rate a three star because I've seen better. Hopefully, my fifth time would be best!
