This was our first time with Norwegian cruise line and we were all very happy with our trip even with the itinerary change. Leading up to departure we were aware of the possible port changes so we did research on excursions of other possible ports so we wouldn't be caught off guard booking new excursions.

Upon arrival to Miami we used a transportation company based out of the airport that was waiting and ready when we landed. Quick half hour ride to the port approx 11:30am and we started the boarding process which was a easy and organized. Traveling in our group was myself (37), husband (37), son (15), Daughter (11), my mother and her husband (65) we both booked balcony staterooms adjoin on the 12th deck. We got on the ship and went down to Savor for lunch, my daughter wanted a hamburger which was not on the menu but the waiter had no problem accommodating us. We went to check out our room and were greeted by the room steward Marc who was just awesome.

Family Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B4

The room was great, clean with plenty of storage room. Loved the balcony

Coffee was pretty good in the room (I brought flavored creamer). Pillows and bedding was comfortable.
