It was with some trepidation that we cruised on POM due to a lot of negative reviews. We had cruised with Celebrity before so did have something to compare it to. I shake my head in disbelief at the negativity surrounding this cruise. If you want to complain that some railings need to be varnished,staff unhelpful,food ordinary ,amateurish entertainers etc is all so far from what we experienced.

We found the ship clean and tidy, nothing was too hard for the staff,in fact they went out of their way to make our cruise an enjoyable one.

The food was plentiful (we ate at the Aloha Cafe,Skyline Dining room, Cadillac Diner and Moderno)again we found the staff in all venues more than helpful. Read more
