If you are thinking of going on this ship DONT. Save your money. 3 hours standing to board, diamond members jumped the queue whereas the elderly, disabled etc. had to stand for 3 hours. The drill was a total shamozzle couldn't hear or see and had to stand in exTreme heat, food in dining room below average, cruise director well they should get rid of him, his personality was like a dead fish, all he could say was "as well". Management, don't know how they got there jobs, so many problems that no one knew what to do. Oh yes, a poor fellow on boarding went to his cabin and there was already someone else in the cabin, the staff didn't know what to do. Never saw him again. People put on wrong tours, an 80 yr old lady sent on the under ground river tour who subsequently injured herself, and management trying to put the blame on her, one passenger went thru 12 keys over 10 days, well hello couldn't they figure there might have been something wrong with the lock. The shows were the worst I have ever seen. I could go on and on, just don't go on this ship.
