This is my boyfriend and I's second cruise, we sailed on Royal Caribbean about 6 months ago. I heard good things about Norwegian so I thought I'd give it a try.

Negatives -

Okay first off, the service of the staff is HORRIBLE! The employee's are unenthusiastic and just plain rude! We had the unlimited drinking package and 80% of the time it took us ATLEAST 15 minutes to get waited on every time we sat down at a bar. I swear the bartenders acted like we were invisible. Read more
