The Valor was very clean the workers were great and very friendly. I made friends with one bartender that took care of the smokers lounge. I think he was from Croatia. He was great day or night true bartender. He gave great advice and made you feel so comfortable . The food was great at every restaurant and buffet. I mean great from roast beef to ice cream. We ate at the dining room once and upgraded our dinner to purchase the filet, it was good. The dinner took 2 hrs start to finish in the dining room. It just wasn't that fun to be honest eating on the fly and what ever you wanted was more our style at the time. I bought this cruise for my 12 and 13 yr old girls. I took my girls to the junior comedy club every time it was scheduled on the fun time sheet, they loved it . I took my girls to the karaoke events too, great for them to see everyone sing and their dad bomb on microphone. The girls liked the pool ,ping pong the ice cream for sure, the movie playing Divergent, volleyball courts and just hanging with us. My girls were not interested in any kids club or arcade games, maybe some day they will be. They loved St. Maarten and the airplanes landing on the beach bar runway, a must see.

I booked a inside cabin to sleep four. It was very small but perfect we all managed to have a great time and all showered in the morning. Oh yeah, the beds were great we all slept very comfortable. My kids had pull down beds above us. I've just booked another cruise with Carnival. I looked at other lines but came to the conclusion Carnival showed my family a great time at a great price. I also gambled every night and they took good care of me on the one I just booked for 2016. There is a late bar that is open after the casino closes at back of boat, perfect. Carnival is awesome. I spend a lot of time in luxury hotels I've never been on a different ship but this is a great bang for your dollar.
