We just had our first cruise on the Valor. We enjoyed most of it. We had a beautiful Ocean Suite, great room staff. However we were next to elevators and it was very noisy! No one explained that before? The highlight of our trip was the restaurant staff! Francisco, Rogelio, Jestino, and Renata! They became our family. They work so hard to make you happy! We loved them and can't say enough about how they made our experience wonderful. However we did not care for the Cruise director Craig, he would have little side show in the Dream bar about guessing tunes from different generations and was very condescending to our group. Mainly because we knew all the songs. He hushed us, then finally had his stage partner tell us not to guess or leave. He was pretty rude to us that evening. We also hated debarking, very poorly planned. The ship was not pristine, but nice. It definitely needs some updating, but the crew and workers were very kind, food was decent, shows ok. Glad we had 4 stops and only 2 days at sea, enjoyed doing our own excursions. Drinks are expensive and so is the wine. But heard that before hand. They also need a pool in the front for adults only, because the one in back is very small and over crowded. We will try another cruise line in the future, just wish we could take our dining staff with us. They went above and beyond entire trip. They made an average cruise, above average. Just hope other cruise lines have better directors and great staff!

Beautiful but noisy due to elevators next to us, had we known we would have changed rooms.
