Tough question, our cabin was always clean and well presented, the professionalism and patience shown by the Customer Service Desk was first class. Our thanks goes to Marz & Betty for making Dinner enjoyable as the food was only ok but... That is where any "ok's" go. The ship is old and embarrassing, the on board itinerary was the worst we have encountered, the tour desk/services is useless. We asked at one Port about the location of the city and was TOLD in no uncertain terms it was too far to walk, so we paid the USD20 per head for a 5 minute bus trip. Seriously, is RCI all about ripping people off or is the entire "help" staff dumb (or just told to make money, money, money... Bingo, well at $16 a game and winner take all ($300) and 70 people turn up to play! Do the math. Funny thing on a rainy day at sea the bingo in the morning was cancelled as there was not enough people only 22 turned up. Obviously a break even was not an option. The entertainment was bad, the Beatnix saved a worse comment. The last night a singer who had a beautiful voice did one show, why wouldn't the "cruise director" have the very amateur staff do the last show, once..
