Sail Date: Jun 2015

After a week on the ship which was very crowded and standing room only in the pools on our last morning we were told to meet at 8.45 to disembark. We were told that we would be taken to the airport which is a 10 minute journey for our flights which were at 15.10. So in other words they wanted to dump us off as quick as possible even though we had paid for the transfer which should have coincided with our flight time. I have traveled with other cruise ships before and I have NEVER been dumped at an airport 6 hours before my flight.

The customer service desk were very unhelpful and could not tell me whether there would be any taxis available for us to go later and the excursion desk again had no idea. In fact they had no idea about any of the ports that we docked at. All they wanted to do was sell their own excursions.

We had a big issue with the internet which I purchased before departure. The service was appalling and most of the time was unable to be used, We spoke to customer service again and again about it but they were not interested. I wrote to MSC and they too would only offer me a discount on my next cruise with them as long as I use it within the next 4 months. NEVER at anytime did they attempt to deal with the other issues just the internet. In other words they ignored it all.
