So overall I have to say it was a good cruise, both my Hubby and I went for the full trip around the Hawaii Islands this past week. Norwegian is a pretty good cruise company but I want to tell about a few things that were not good. The Lei that was so beautiful that I was given when I got on the ship melted and died right away and I even put it in the mini fridge, what a waste, wish they would have given it to me at the end so I could have taken it home. The seats in the Theatre are so bad that after ten minutes my bum was numb. They had good entertainment but my bum hurt so bad I had to get up and stand in the back after 30 minutes. The swimming pools are very small and there is no covers at all so you would just bake if you went in during the days. The pool seating was also terrible and so uncomfortable again I could only sit for about 15 minutes. The service in the buffets was not good. I had to continually ask for silverware and the ice machines were usually not working most of the time and this cruise was a very hot one. The weather outside was very hot as it was between a couple of storms and it was very muggy. I paid extra for a nice window but it was so dirty it was very hard to see things.

So now some good things...I read many many reviews before I went and had a bunch of things I took that I really didn't need. I didn't need an extension cord or extra electric cord and didn't need the clothes line but did need clothes pens. We had room number 4088 which was on the fourth floor and it was clean and bigger than I thought it would be. We couldn't figure out how to work the closet hanging thing but was able to hang most of the clothes that needed it. We had plenty of drawers also. Every time we went away and came back to our room there was new ice in the ice bucket and that was really appreciated! The window was big which was nice but as I said it was very dirty on the outside. The food was ok but not anything more. By Wednesday I figured out that what was left over from the day before was remade somehow and we were eating the next day! The desserts were so much the same I stopped even eating them and who serves jello???!!! I took way too many clothes so if you ever do this cruise just take like 3 long dresses and lots of shirts and shorts and that is it except for a bathing suit and cover.

So over all it was a great way to see the Hawaii Islands and they didn't disappoint at all, so beautiful. The excursions were all wonderful and really worth the money. Overall I would do this again just hope I could get a new boat, this one is way over due for an overall.

Overall good, very roomy but window was very very dirty. The room is under a bar I think and a couple of times around 11pm you could hear noises but it didn't last too long.
