This was our first cruise and it surpassed all our expectations. We were made to feel welcome the minute we arrived on the dock. Our cabin was more than we could have asked for, roomy, clean and comfortable.The food was plentiful with great variety and great quality, the chef and his staff did a fabulous job. We could not fault the service, all the staff were very professional and couldn't do enough to help particularly Loreli who looked after us in our cabin and John in the dining room.

All the shore excursions were well organised with great local guides and plenty of information on the sights we were seeing. Marksburgh Castle, Heidlburgh and Rudesheim were definite highlights. Nick, the cruise director was fantastic! His daily briefings were not to be missed, a credit to the company. We will definitely be going with Viking again!
