This is my thoughts on a cruise that I had lots of high hopes for

The NCL website is just wasted space on some server. When you search the site and find the shore excursions you want to take and add them into shopping cart and then make your dinner reservations and go to your cart to pay for everything. It is blank because you are only given 5 minutes after you enter them to pay for them so you have to do them one at a time and hammer your credit card several times. If you get the ultimate dining package you still have to go through the same routine even though there is no charge. A 15 year old making his first site could do better. Then you load the concierge app on your phone and get on the ship and register. It has lots of nice stuff in it but unfortunately, not your itinerary so you go to the main website and can no longer access your account for this cruise. What time are my dinner reservations for the week ? Good luck, all customer service on the boat -no clue.Call restaurant reservations- don't answer their phone so you hope you decsover before you run out of cell service so you can call the 800 number
