This cruise can be summed up as sub par service combined with terrible crowds for everything.

This is my second cruise, and my first with NCL. I thought the ship and ports were great. I loved their private island.

The problems really began when we my party and I tried their main buffet area. The lines and crowds made it impossible to get anywhere near a good meal. You're really just left with the scraps of what the kids leave behind. I had to ask a cook if he was bringing out any new pizza after waiting for a new one for 10 minutes. As soon as he did a group of small kids just ran in front of the line and took every last piece. This might seem small, but my wife and I paid over $2500 for this experience. Read more
