We too was worried reading all the poor reviews, it does make me wonder what ship they were on!
First thing to mention - we picked our cruise in August, middle of the school holidays, so it's going to be busy, and yes it was full to the brim! There was 3 of us, me, my wife and daughter of 12yrs. D2 cabin with balcony on 12th floor.
