I went with a few friends that won their cruise, we called to figure out where to pick up the boarding tickets. They said you can drive to fort lauderdale and just pick them up or go to west palm five minutes from the boat and go through a two hour time share presentation and get your tickets right there. So we decided to just go ahead and go to the time share since we're already driving from Tampa. When we arrived at the presentation around 9:30, we didn't leave until two. And when we told them at the end we aren't buying one they decided to tell us in these words " HAHAHA well you didn't even need to come here" and we didn't even get our tickets from them it was a scam.

So then we decided to head over to the boat we got there around 2:30 boat leaves at six. When we arrived the checkin was down, everyone was pushing shoving. We sat there for about three hours until they got it working THEN everyone that was just arriving they pretty much got to skip the line because they didn't open the line until they had the machines up so everyone lost their spots. Finally we got onto the boat, it was a decent size boat. We went to our rooms to put everything down our rooms were R8 and R14, they were on the bottom and our mattress had piss stains blood stains on it. Smelled like mildew soon as you entered the room. We decided to just got drink, drinks are expensive. They have a deal witch is you pay 75 bucks and get ten 9.25 vouchers, and they also have buy one get one drinks but you NEED to listen to which bar to go to and also you have to pay 15% tip on every drink. Later that night we decided to go to bed, when i got to my room I couldn't breath there was NO AIR! Air conditioning was off. My boyfriend said i'm going to take care of this right NOW, when he reached the costumer service desk there was a huge line. He cut the line started yelling and saying my girlfriend has very bad asthma. I did start having a asthma plus panic attack right their at the desk. They then called security to put us in captains gail! My boyfriend turned to security and said what're you going to do about this my girlfriend is having asthma attack this is a law suit waiting to happen! All the guy said back was " I don't know man, I don't know what to do" then walked away it was a joke! We had to sleep out on the deck because it was so hot they didn't even give us a fan for our room.

Next day we arrived in Freeport, to get to anything on the island is a 15 minute car ride, with 18 people in one car no AC again. When we finally arrived to the beach it looked just like West palm beaches. We stayed for about five hours then took a cab back to the boat. When just hangout then, that night we got the sleep in our rooms with a little ac since they finally turned it on. That entire trip I got not one SORRY! Nor do they have a costumer service skills at all. When we finally arrived back at palm beach took us 4 hours to get on US soil! The people that work on this boat have no idea what they're doing. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business in the next 2 months. Please don't waste your time with this cruise ship company, it's not a vacation. It's a stressful place. Also I'm getting a full refund, and my friends got 50 bucks back. Also make sure you look at your invoice at the end of your stay they added 100 bucks extra on saying we bought two drinking packages when we only bought one, we finally got the money back though.

Horrible the systems went down, they tried to cram us all in one little area for 4 hours.
