Cabin: Balcony

Cabin- We were very lucky to be upgraded to balcony from an interior for no cost. We generally go interior to save on the cost so the cabin seemed like a dream compared to what we are use to. The cabin was very clean and there was plenty of space for us and all of our clothing. The balcony was more than adequate for the two of us but would not work for those who would like to have more than a couple people on it. It was very quiet but we found a couple nights that we got pretty hot. We also found in the bathroom that we could hear everything being said and done in another cabin.

Food- the buffet and dining room were both excellent. My only complaint would be I didn't like how the staff were always pushing drinks just as we were starting our meals.

Service- the service was very good in all areas. The only real issue we had was that our suitcases were lost on the ship at boarding. We still had not received them around 10pm so we started searching for them ourselves and located them in a crew only area on our deck. We feel the front desk kind of dropped the ball on this as we had notified them earlier in the evening and they didn't seem to make much effort to have someone look, as we located the suitcases ourselves within fifteen minutes of starting our search.
