Food was horrible. Meats were constantly overcooked and too salty. The welcome aboard lunch was worst than kids cafeteria food. The food is more or less the same everyday. Every breakfast lunch and dinner....Basically the same food. Carnival and Norwegian's food was much better than this.

The rooms were outdated. The exhaust above the shower was filled with dust. The shows weren't that good. There were too many music concerts and limited family friendly concerts. A medical emergency for a passenger resulted in the ship turning back to Bermuda when it should have just requested for a helicopter if it were truly an emergency when he staff said the helicopter was too expensive $40k causing a 12 hour delay and a missed St. Maarten port. St. Maarten was the reason we booked the Liberty of the Seas cruise as opposed to another and for the hundreds of dollars we paid for port tax/fees (in the end we stopped at 3 instead of 4 ports), we were only refunded less than $2 per person for skipping that port. They didn't replace the missed port with longer stay at another port or go to a nearby island but rather skipped it overall with just a useless sea day of the same boring activities.

The baby play room (The Fuel) was absolutely boring with limited toys split amongst many babies and limited hours. The baby pool for diapered babies was even more of a joke as there was only this small space with one sprinkler. There was nothing else for babies to do so make those spaces better please!! There were no water slides and the ice skating rink was tiny. The sprinkler ice cream melts immediately regardless of how fast you eat it. The service staff at the guest service desk was avoiding questions about missing the port and said to contact the company afterwards. Just a horrible experience and would not do Royal Caribbean again!
