This was our 14th cruise & 2nd with Princess, having previously sailed with them 5 years ago. We were shocked with how the standards have dropped and will not be choosing Princess again... I will begin by discussing the positives & then offer the lowdown on the many reasons we will not choose Princess again.
POSITIVES:
The itinerary was great and we thoroughly enjoyed every stop with the exception of Helsinki, which was dull and rather boring. Our biggest surprise was Gdansk in Poland, which was beautiful and the people were extremely friendly and accommodating... Would highly recommend this.

We did the hop on bus but were not at all impressed with Helsinki... It was dull, boring and offered little for tourists.
Tallinn
Tallin was our favourite stop... We did not take an excursion, but decided to take a bicycle taxi (10 Euro for 2) into the old town, which was gorgeous. We also went on the Tallinn balloon in the port, which was a great photo opportunity. The market int he port was excellent & the pope here were exceptionally friendly.
