The worst thing I can say about this cruise is that we did not like the baked Alaska! Seriously, that is IT! This was the most awesome trip and I was really NOT looking forward to it for a variety of reasons. I will start from the very beginning:

EMBARKATION: We were in the concierge class so this was easy breezy as there is a seperate line for this. About 10 minutes. However, the regular line was HUGE and I am not sure how long that took but I would guess about an hour. Once we were on the ship, we had the opportunity to sign up for specialty dining. Just so you know: sign up on-board if you want to dine at a normal time. All they have on-line is really early or really late which would lead you to assume that all the rest of the times are taken. Not so. We got an 8pm time-slot the first night AND there is a 30% discount for the first night! We also signed up for the Top Chef lunch at Murano, which I learned about through a Cruise Critic review. I will review both later.

SHIP: Fabulous! Nothing to complain about. Beautiful, clean and just perfect. My husband is not a cruiser and this was actually his idea for a vacation. He HATES ships and the cattle call feelign you get and he REALLY hates cabins and the lack of space. Even though this ship was sold-out, you did not feel it. Loved the lawn club area (which we used only a few times due to weather). You can get a picnic blanket and hang out on th elawn. We saw some young families with small children there and it is a perfect place to let them run around freely!
