This was our 3rd cruise with AQ. We embarked in St. Paul and returned to St. Paul. This cruise was not the best. Our stay at the Doubletree in St. Paul was not up to the other hotels we have stayed in with AQ. Our room was very dirty (carpet dirty) and rust in bathroom. They charged our account $50.00 and were supposed to take it off when we checked out but did not. It has taken 3 phone calls to get this charge off our credit card and still is not done. I would not recommend St.paul cruise. There was not enough to do. Also, it appeared they catered to groups rather than individual guest. The band was excellent but the shows were lacking. Our room attendant was great as was our waiter. We had to fight for a table for 2 because I believe they gave those tables to the group. We have been charged $50.00 twice on our credit card and seems AQ knows nothing about this. Definitely would not recommend this cruise to friends or anyone. Very disappointing particularly when the other 2 cruises had been delightful, one on AQ and the other AE. The disembarkation went smoothly.
We chose 330 Texas deck because it has private veranda and only one rom on one side. It is an end stateroom . Was very nice.
