Cruise advertised as high tech, and did have some interesting things such as the Bionic Bar which is interesting to watch one time, the Two70 lounge back wall which transforms from huge glass windows to various graphical backgrounds, and other things but ... the elevators often passed you by when you were waiting, and would even pick up up then partway to your destination floor would clear all the selections and speed past the floor you were supposed to get off on. The downloadable app was a nice idea but was only partially useful as it would not contain all your itinerary and the items it did show often showed the event name but did not show the name of the venue or even what floor it was on. The daily compass was also missing from the app so basically you had to refer to paper cruise compass for almost everything. Interactive TV and other technology on ship sometimes showed not in service. I did like purchasing unlimited wifi and it was reasonable responsive.

Many design items on this ship were perplexing. The most annoying one was lack of storage space even in suites, for instance there is usually side mirrors with storage behind next to the main bathroom mirror, and next to the dressing/makeup table mirror (by the way there is no small moveable makeup mirror now), but not on this ship, and forget about adequate drawers and shelves to store you toiletries and hardly any space next to sink to put any toiletries. Also general lack of drawers and storage in entire cabin. You will find yourself living partially out of your suitcase.

Next most annoying was the design of the 'Solarium' which although was adults only had no swimming pool, unless you count the hottubs or these little pools with about 1 foot deep water. Yes it was artistic I suppose, but almost totally worthless, if you want to actually swim, you have to do it in another area with all the screaming kids.

Cabin Review

Family Connected Junior Suite with Balcony

Cabin FC

Our cabin 10232 was not the usual rectangular shape, but had an nice sized balcony with two lounge chairs. Other than the lack of any storage in the room, I think the room is a good choice. The most annoying thing was lack of storage space even in this Jr suite, for instance there is usually side mirrors with storage behind next to the main bathroom mirror, and next to the dressing/makeup table mirror (by the way there is no small moveable makeup mirror now), but not on this ship, and forget about adequate drawers and shelves to store you toiletries and hardly any space next to sink to put any toiletries. Also general lack of drawers and storage in entire cabin. You will find yourself living partially out of your suitcase.
