First the positives:

Parking at Tilbury, transport to the ship, embarkation and disembarkation were very efficiently handled, as was the delivery of luggage to the cabins. The cabins and shower pods are compact and well-designed, the beds are comfortable and can be arranged in any configuration you wish. The cabin stewards were efficient, friendly and obliging. The standard of cleanliness throughout the ship was exemplary. The waiting staff and bar staff were friendly, good-humoured and helpful and are certainly well-chosen. On-board drinks, with the exception of bottled water, were reasonably priced The destinations were potentially excellent, which is why we chose the cruise.

A Gala Evening displaying fruit and vegetable carvings was a highlight, displaying great artistry and craftsmanship on the part of the catering team. Congratulations to all concerned!
